Dental Insurance (Blue Branded Dental) – Single Coverage is 100% covered by DHI – No charge to a FT employee.
Single plus Dependents and Family coverage available at employee’s expense.
Life and AD&D Insurance (UNUM) – 100% covered by DHI for a FT employee.
- DHI enrolls you in an amount equal to your base pay by 2080 hours rounded to the nearest thousand.
- For example: $20x2080=$41,600 would be $42,000 in Life and AD&D insurance
