Summary
The Pastry and Fry Cook is responsible for preparing and producing a variety of baked and fried goods, including pastries and cakes. The Pastry and Fry Cook ensures that all products meet quality standards and are produced in a timely and efficient manner.

Frying and Cooking
Produce Quality and Presentation
Sanitation and Safety
Collaboration and Communication
Other Duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements
The Pastry and Fry Cook must be at least 18 years of age.
The Pastry and Fry Cook must hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
The Pastry and Fry Cook must pass a DHI Background Check in line with DHI policy and DHS standards (see Background Checks policy for most current guidelines).
