Join Development Homes along with The Blue Moose Bar and Grill on Wednesday, March 20th for our annual 5-Course Brewers Dinner featuring the Bent Paddle Brewing Co out of Duluth, MN. A special 5-Course dinner will be served along with 5 different craft beers that will pair perfectly with the course. The cost is $75.00 per person with half of the cost being tax deductible. Half of the proceeds from the dinner will come right back to DHI. Enjoy a night of delicious food and drinks all while supporting a great cause!

Menu:
Appetizer- Sliced cucumber topped with a dollop of creamy wasabi avocado spread, shrimp, scallions, tempura flakes and finished with a bright, citrusy ponzu sauce.

Paired with: Kanu Session Pale Ale

Soup- A buttery, creamy bisque made with Atlantic blue crab, crab roe and sherry.

Paired with Doppelbock German Style Lager

Salad- Crumbled sage derby cheese and blackberries atop a bed of fresh spinach. Topped with tangy basil vinaigrette.

Paired with Boysenberry Wilderness Tuxedo Kettle Sour

Entree-Orange Negroni Pork Medallions: Savory Gin, Campari and orange marinated herb pork medallions served on a bed of roasted red cabbage and topped with basil creme fraiche.

Paired with 14 Degree ESB

Dessert- An irresistible Limoncello cake with a decadent mascarpone and amaretto frosting topped with crumbled biscotti.
