Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID)
Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) are certified health care facilities designed to serve up to 8 individuals with severe physical and developmental challenges. Continuous active treatment is provided, with a full array of support, medical and therapy services, with focus on the enhancement of self-care skills, increased independence, and orientation to the community.
Transitional Community Living Facilities
Transitional Community Living Facilities support people with a variety of abilities and challenges as they work toward achieving personal goals and increased independence, including movement to apartment living. These homes provide a less restrictive environment for people ages 21 and older.
